I turn ordinary industrial companies into organisations of excellence — and, at my own scale, I work to rebuild France's industrial base.

The thesis · in brief
Sensors, ERP systems and AI are only tools. Their sole reason for existing: to produce better decisions, faster and more reliably. A company is a loop — information, decision, action, measurement, learning — and the whole game is making that loop run truer.
I do not believe technology replaces people. I believe it must rid them of the tasks without value so that their judgement returns to the decisions that count. That is how a well-designed system lets ordinary people obtain extraordinary results — and how the very best fail inside a bad one.
The field · the proof
An industrial holding company I run with my brother. We take over technical maintenance workshops and transform them through a proprietary system — not through finance alone.
2m-technologies.frThe first workshop acquired, near Paris. A bespoke ERP deployed, know-how captured with AI. +40% revenue in two quarters.
From industrialisation to production management in an international group. On my first line, on-time delivery from 45% to 100% in 6 months; then +€350k of margin on the line I ran.
See the careerThe why · the human side
Talent is almost never what is missing.
It is the systems that fail to see it.
My brother Mikhael is my partner. School had filed him away — “you will end up sleeping under a bridge”, his teachers promised him. The vocational track, then the workshop: he went to learn where it counts, hands inside the machines. Fifteen years on, he is an expert nobody argues with.
The institution that graded him had judged him to have no future; the field revealed everything it had failed to see. His story states, in miniature, why I build systems: so that the judgement of people of the trade counts, instead of being lost.
Who I amWritings · the notebook
France did not build nuclear safety with a law. It built it with an architecture. That institutional depth is what transfers — not the reactor.
When the AI Act trusts case-by-case human validation more than quality built into the process.
