Eight years in an international industrial group, from methods & industrialisation engineer — building the tools to master the supply chain, before a supply chain department even existed — through to production management. Measured results: on-time delivery on a first line taken from 45% to 100% in 6 months as master planner (~50 people, ~€6M revenue); +€350k of industrial margin in 6 months on the line I was responsible for (~€5M revenue); −8% group inventory in 4 months within a “tiger team”. Alongside it all, my industrial doctorate and an Industry 4.0 roadmap.
